As a Certified Brainspotting Practitioner with training in a variety of other therapeutic approaches and clinical techniques, my goal is for you to experience greater clarity, relief, and connection after each session 🌿
Brainspotting is a powerful, brain–body based therapeutic approach that helps access and process experiences stored in the deeper, subcortical parts of the brain. By identifying specific eye positions—“brainspots”—we are able to connect to where experiences are held in the body and nervous system.
Through attunement, presence, and a strong therapeutic relationship 🤍, I support your brain and body in doing what they are naturally designed to do—process, release, and heal. This allows thoughts, emotions, and experiences that may feel stuck or overwhelming to move into awareness and integration—often reaching a depth that traditional talk therapy alone may not access.
Brainspotting is effective for addressing a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, and attachment-related challenges. It can also be used to support growth and expansion in many areas of life 🌱
This may include:

Brainspotting can also be used to explore and process dreams 🌙—including recurring dreams, night terrors, or dreams you feel drawn to understand more deeply.
